These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this cash back promotional offer (the “Promotional Offer”) for customers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Dr. Oetker India Private Limited (in short “Dr. Oetker”) and conducted by RewardPort (“Partner agency”) on the different SKUs (together referred to as “Products”) calling out this offer on the package as per the terms and conditions mentioned herein and the package. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the pack and these terms and conditions, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
To be entitled for the Promotional Offer, the participants of the Promotional Offer will be enrolled in the Promotional program.

The participants have the option to withdraw from the Promotional program at any point of time.
The Promotional Offer is a limited period offer valid only in India subject to availability of the Products. Promotion is open to citizens of India only and persons above 18 years of age.
In compliance with lottery law in the state of Tamil Nadu, every customer participating in the promotion will get a fixed and assured Rs. 20/- (Rs. Twenty) Cash back upon following the below steps to redeem.
The code as printed on the Sticker can be used only once for getting the OTP. Dr. Oetker shall not be responsible in case of the OTP being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.
This Promotional Offer entitles the customer with cash credited in Paytm wallet/UPI / Amazon-pay linked to bank account. The value of assured cash back through UPI will be up to INR 200/-(minimum INR 25/- and Maximum INR 200/). The amount will be credited in the respective wallet as per the code received on the voucher. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.
The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.
Maximum 1 voucher will be accepted and can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, Paytm/UPI wallet and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Dr. Oetker and RewardPort promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
The Cash amount will be credited within 24/48 hours, but in case of Public holiday and weekend the amount will be credited on the next working day.
In no event Paytm/UPI/Amazon-pay be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer. Knowingly/unknowingly.
The details of Paytm wallet ID and UPI linked back account have to be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect Paytm wallet ID/UPI Linked bank account details, the OTP will be assumed to be used and cannot be revised.
Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment i.e. either Paytm/UPI Voucher/Amazon Pay, it cannot be modified.
If the OTP is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither a new OTP will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate OTP will not be issued.
Dr. Oetker, Reward port or Paytm/UPI/Amazon shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
Paytm/UPI/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
Each OTP is strictly a one-time usage code.
By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow Dr. Oetker / Rewardport to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by Dr. Oetker India Private Limited may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications. The participating customers may, at the request of Dr. Oetker participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the gratification, free of charge and they consent to Dr. Oetker for using their name and image in promotional material. Such participating customer agree and consents to Dr. Oetker to cover the aforesaid Promotional activity through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, Out of Home Media point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
The decision of Dr. Oetker or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Dr. Oetker. and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
The cash back cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash/discount or equivalent.
The use of Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI etc. name in these terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI etc. in Dr. Oetker. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between U B and Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPI Voucher, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any dispute, the Courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
